Go into Microsoft 365 admin center > Settings> add-ins and click on “ + Deploy add-ins“. Now let’s push Zoom add-ins for outlook for group of users step by step. It can take up to 24 hours for an add-in to show up for client for all users Centralized Deployment also supports iOS and Android (Outlook Mobile Add-ins Only). Centralized Deployment supports three desktop platforms Windows, Mac and Online Office apps. To push the add-ins for a group of people, you need to do it from Centralize Deployment via Microsoft 365 admin center.
User need to download and install from Zoom Plugin for Microsoft Outlook If you have only request for limited users (5-10), to enable zoom add-ins, you can simply ask them to install by them-self and no need to push from M365 add-ins portal.
